About Carlos Alexandre Rozwadowski

Hi, I’m Alex Rozwadowski, and I’ve always believed that life’s most meaningful journeys start with taking bold steps. Mine began in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where I was born, and continued when my family moved to the U.S. when I was 10 years old. Growing up, I attended Fairfield College Preparatory School in Connecticut before joining the Army in 1994.

During my time in the military, I graduated from Airborne School and was selected for the Ranger Indoctrination Program, ultimately serving in B Company of the 3rd Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment at Ft. Benning. My time in the Army instilled loyalty, discipline, and resilience—qualities that continue to shape my approach to both life and business.

After my service, I pursued a tennis scholarship at Georgia State University, earning my B.B.A. with honors. My adventurous spirit led me to Zurich, Switzerland, where I worked as an Analyst at Rothschild Private Bank, traveling the globe and honing my skills in finance.

In 2003, I returned to Columbus, Georgia, a city I fell in love with during my days with the 75th Ranger Regiment. Together with my best friend, Shep Mullin, I co-founded CENTURY 21 Premier Real Estate. What started as a single office has grown into one of the largest real estate brokerages in the Chattahoochee Valley and Auburn region. By 2020, we expanded to Auburn, Alabama, and with the help of our incredible team of over 130 agents, we closed more than 1,400 real estate transactions that year.

I specialize in all areas of real estate, from residential to commercial. Being fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish has allowed me to connect with a diverse range of clients and communities.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me exploring new places, and staying active. Real estate is more than a career for me—it’s about building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping people find the places they’ll call home.
